Chris continues to do a great job. He always communicates with me before the service and we discuss the lawn status. Polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Signed up for my front and back yard to be sprayed. Our entire backyard is surrounded by houses with dogs so fleas occurs regularly. I specifically told them this when I set up services. They have not once sprayed by backyard. They have only sprayed my front yard. My dog of course got fleas again, so thanks for not doing your job! Also the customer service rep emailed me and was extremely unprofessional and catty. If you want to be charged an obnoxious price for them to do only half the work, these are your guys!

They called with promotion of lawn servive,guy came out threw some seeds on front lawn,then when to next door yard ask is that all you do,say yes I said cancel my service!he said I can't you have to call,calling took forever,told to cancel service was arguement,get bill for 52 dollars,called say he only sprinkle my front yard one time and I canceled lady said comsense that you would pay whole bill I say you sale agent didnt say that when called!I will be only paying promo price even though only gone one part done!She said go to your credit an hang up!You guys better not,I'm calling. Union lawyer to find out my rights!you dont get full price ,nor will you mess up my credit!!!Your clerk was rude as hell!!!Im going to tell all the neighbors how you tried to rip me off!52 dollars for what???Common sense if I ou dont do job you dont get paid,no contract nothing!Im 65 yr old an a it going to let you rob me or mess up my credit!might contact news do story trying to rip off senior!!!

Marcelle Reed has done the absolute best job so far. I noticed how He took His time on the job and paid close attention to the perimiter of my home because we want to keep all those crawling pest out. Thank you so much Marcelle in Lansing!

We are so pleased with application they applied recently. We had been doing it ourselves over the years, but just one application by them has done wonders!! I would definitely recommend Pure Green to anyone. They're great!
