Chris did exactly what we asked for - The work turned out great. He 'won" the bid based upon his suggestions and reasonable price. My only suggestion is to make sure they do all their cutting in one place that is easy to clean. Not the lawn and flower beds...

Good price, timely job startup and completion. He also found an issue that nobody else did and corrected it at a decent price. Some of the cleanup and detail work was a little rough but I would definitely use him again.

They did followup to do intial work but then dropped the ball on doing additional work and never called. I thought the value was also average since I thought the price was a bit high for the scope of work to be completed although they did give me a lower price when I negotiated.
