CJ came out, and the price was much better than what others were offering for the same job, and the quality of the actual fence repair was pretty good, however, that value apparently came at a cost. They did not clean up after themselves when done, leaving a large number of wooden boards and posts laying in my backyard, along with a bag of cement and a number of soda bottles scattered across the yard. Additionally, they left my water running in my backyard after using my hose, not shutting it off, running up my water bill for a few weeks before I noticed the water seeping out. If you hire them, make sure they clean up before you pay.

Everyone was very professional and reliable. They took the time to cover everything in the area to keep the dust off while they were working. I was very comfortable with them in the house and they did an outstanding job.

He quoted me one price and after the job was done charged me twice the quoted price. No written estimate was available. He was supposed to return a few days later. Said he would call to confirm the time and never called and never showed up.

Very slow in completing work, additionally leaves materials, tools, ladder etc. in his vehicle and goes back to get them several times, all the while billing the customer for his time.

The experience with CJ has been excellent. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in any work associated with home improvement or remodeling. His work and work ethic are outstanding and the final product speaks for itself. In addition, CJ does his work in a timely manner. My wife and I had dealt with two sets of terrible contractors to deal with work on our house and CJ was called in to correct everything that was wrong and to take on some new projects. Everything was completed with 100% satisfaction. If you are looking for someone that you can trust and perform excellent worry free work, then CJ is your guy.
