The windows themselves are great. However they did not seem to measure them right they had one inch gaps on the top so they had to use window extenders to close the gaps. These are strips of vinyl. Very disappointing. The aluminum trim on the outside looks terrible, and the manager came out and agreed to redo all of them. Of course now that they have our money they have conveniently disappeared. No call backs or answers. Not a good experience at all.

Installation was impressive. They were done in 2 hours and kept everything clean. They even moved everything and put it back including hanging the blinds back up.

We had full window installation from Champion Windows and Siding. The windows look really nice and the presentation on the quality of the windows was a great selling point. The only drawback was the deal that was only available the day of the quote. I would have appreciated more time to review all of the quotes I received for windows, but I didn’t want to miss out on the savings offered on the day of the quote. Thankfully this was our 5th quote and the best value/product for the price. I will definitely recommend, and I recommend that you save the Champion quote for the end, so you get all other quotes and are ready to make a decision on the day of the quote.

The installers were courteous and professional. The only problem is one of the windows was delivered defective. The company quickly promised to repair it but so far has not even scheduled a repair. I don't mind if its weeks/months out, but I do want to be on the schedule. Otherwise it seems like once they had our money, they stopped caring.

Did a great job on the install, was easy to work with and finished product is great so far. The installer went out of his way to ensure the work was done in one day, despite the heat and humidity.
