Wes was a great salesman with a great personality. He knew his product and answered all our questions. We had one other quote and planned on getting another. After Wes showed us what a great value Champion windows were and how easily I could open them and clean them we were sold. We signed the contract that day and are very excited about getting them put in.

Christine was great. Followed through as agreed and really worked with us to meet our budget. Patient and explained product thoroughly. I feel we are getting a very high quality product. Can't wait to get the windows installed.

I purchased a storm door from Champion Windows & Doors in October 2021. The door was $1500. Champion required a 50% down payment immediately or the order would be canceled. I drove to the company and hand-delivered a check for $750. The door was to be installed by December 2021 as per the original contract. I waited through December 2021, January 2022, February, March, April, and then decided to call and find out where the door was and when it was going to be installed. No answer by a human and bumped to voicemail. Left a VM but no return call (this I did 2x). I then wanted my money back. Called again and pressed #1 for sales and then got a human being. Just give me the original $750 so I can just go to Home Depot and get myself a storm door (which is exactly what I should have done in the first place). The door was to be installed by December 2021 as per the original contract. It is now June 27, 2022, and we are just having this door installed today. It was unreasonable to deny a customer of their down payment money especially when you could not deliver the product in a timely fashion! Poor customer service to deny even offering a discount when you made the customer wait for 8.5 months for a regular, standard size storm door. The door sits crooked on the frame and one side is higher than the other. I am extremely disappointed! Please beware this is not worth the wait or the hassle to just receive a discount on their awful customer service and workmanship!

Wes our salesman was great to work with, even though at the time he was new to the company. Very professional and remembered me after 10 months in between orders. John and Jason, the installers were exceptional, went above and beyond to make sure the look of the install was perfect. I would like to request John and Jason for the installation of the rest of our windows. Very happy with the overall experience with Champion.

This was the 4th consultation we had Marcus was by far the most professional and took his time with zero pressure very trustworthy and the pricing was excellent.
