Yes, Austin was on time. Introduced himself and was ready to work. My husband told him about these big outdoor spiders around the garage area and checked the area, identified the spider type and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining which spiders are and not harmful to humans. That really put my mind at ease. He completed the job and mentioned other services available through the company and also reminded to just call if we needed more help or had any questions.
