My interaction with the techs have been pleasant. My very first treatment was kind of a disaster because of the lack of communication from the people I signed up with in customer service and the techs. I was charged for a treatment that wasnâ t performed and had to have them re-treat a couple weeks later. They corrected the problem, so I was very pleased with that. We have been using Bulwark since August 2023 and have a completely eradicated our German cockroach issue! Jeff and Patrick are our favorite techs.

Jeff went above and beyond. Not only did he treat for our concerns, he spent time walking around the house taking down new wasp nests and refilling our bait boxes. I truly appreciate the personal attention to detail

Austin always does a great job. He treats the outside perimeter of the house and checks in when he's done to be sure we don't have other issues. Very nice & polite.
