Andy is a thorough tech who provides both great service and communication.

My technician was Andrew Irwin. He texted a half hour earlier to tell about when he would arrive and was exactly on time. Andrew was friendly, informed me of what he was going to do. He explained that due to the cold weather, granules would be used instead of spraying. He informed me of mouse activity in the outside boxes and filled the containers. Professional. Thank you.

Andrew & Jimmy were absolutely amazing they were so friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable & thorough, I couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve had to have several service people in & out they’ve all been very good but these guys were exceptional. Thank you fellas for all you do.

Nick Kirk did a wonderful job cleaned the front around the Light window seals etc. Very Professional Very Nice. Definitely would ask for him again

Nick was right on time and very pleasant. He came right up to door and asked if I had any questions or concerns and explained what he would be doing. At the end of the service he came back and reiterated if I had any problems or concerns to please call him. I was very pleased with his professional

Tim has come to my home multiple times. Is always so nice and kind. Listens to my concerns. Goes above and beyond to ensure that what I voice as a concern meets my expectations. Tim Nord did a very thorough job

Enoch Dye came out to do the power spray that could not be done on the first visit because of heavy rain. He called me about 30 minute before he arrived for a heads-up. Polite. Professional. The only downside on the visit is the phone person who scheduled the event promised he would be there between 11:30am and 1:30pm. I called the phone number at 2pm asking where the tech was since he was late with no heads-up call. She said she saw he was scheduled for 12:30pm to 2:30pm instead. When I got the heads-up call for the tech, he thought he was EARLY because HIS schedule had him for 2:30pm - 4:30pm. Clearly, the first phone rep was in Arizona, 3 hours ahead of Indiana and she failed to understand the time difference between regions when she told me 11:30 - 1:30. Likewise, the second phone person must have been in the Central time zone area. Either the phone reps were both unaware of the time differences OR the scheduling system does not account for time zone changes. Oh well!

He communicated with me and was detailed on what they did. They go above and beyond.

Nick was very kind, efficient with his work, and informative about the product being used. He even educated me on ways to future-proof my house from any further infestations, making sure to point out weak spots on the house, and even put some extra baits in a tree that some ants had gotten into. Overall, Nick did a great job and I would definitely like to have him come out again!
