I am a client of Jim Hodges. I cannot say enough good things about him and his service. I have had to utilize extermination services for some unexpected problems that seem to have cropped up all at once. Due to his thorough examination when treating my initial call for ants, he found termites. I was very devastated. But had he not been so thorough I likely would have not known until there was extensive damage in my home. He is very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, patient, and provides prompt service. Best of all I found the product seems to be working to contain my insect problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone who’s having these type of issues around their home.

Kassi K from Bulwark Exterminating did a very thorough job at my home for pest control. Normally these reps spray and are gone in 5-10 minutes. She sprayed around the house, walked around the house cleaning out all spider webs on the 1st and 2nd floors all around the outside of the house, removed 2 wasp nests, refilled containers to control voles, replaced all insect glue boards in the garage (not just the ones by the garage doors). She took her time and did the job right, which I'm not used to.

Devin Fitzgerald was our technician again today for our monthly service. He has been to our home previously as well. Devin is very friendly, courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable of his work. It’s a real pleasure to have him perform our pest control services. Devin is a definite asset to your company. Needless to say we can definitely recommend Bulwark exterminating and Devin.

Mikey did an excellent job explaining what the palmetto bugs were and spraying for them. He was very professional, friendly and clean. I highly recommend him!

Michael "Mikey" White gave excellent service on our scheduled maintenance day. He explained the areas he had treated, and walked with me to our deck to investigate a suspected wasp problem. Mikey quickly treated and destroyed the hive! I would recommend him--and Bukwark--to anyone looking for reliable pest control from friendly, polite employees.

Derek was very thorough and personable. He listened to my concerns and executed an appropriate plan.
