Stephen Sutton had great customer service. He was punctual and kind. Really listened to my concerns about wasps and lady bug imposters (I don?t know the actual bug name) He even explained what kind of chemical/prevention he would use. Very pleased with Bulwark as usual. It?s a great company and definitely worth the money. I have not seen a single spider (the original reason we needed an exterminator) since we started using them about 5-6 months ago
