Write a ReviewStephen (Sutton) was very quick and efficient while at our house. We were his last appointment of the day and he was very conscientious of it being dinner time. He also made sure he was able to access all rooms, particularly if the door was closed. We have a dog and I was concerned about the product sprayed inside, as well as how mice traps operated so that she wouldn?t be injured by one. He took the time to patiently explain the details of the traps and to assure me that the products used were pet friendly. When leaving, he reiterated the fact that we had a 60 day window for free ?re-treatment? if the problem wasn?t alleviated by this treatment. Very professional and very respectful.
Stephen Sutton did a great job around the house, inside the screened porch and windows. He checked mice bait traps and gave attention to the areas on my home that showed signs of possible ant intrusion. At the end of his visit he discussed the treatment applied and service provided overall. I am very pleased with his professionalism and attention to the detail needed at my home.

Stephen Sutton goes above and beyond to surface our home. Very courteous of our property always takes the time to walk around the property and inspect any issues prior treatments very detailed about the product. He uses in willing to ask questions about the previous treatments and how the application worked. Prior to finishing up ensure he makes contact with me to see if there?s any other things that he can do to assist just a first class technician.

THIS WAS MY FIRST SERVICE BUT THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ANGELINA) WAS THE BEST AND VERY INFORMATIVE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF MY ADVISOR.
I received a call from the Tech, Stephen Sutton about 30 mins before his arrival, as noted in my initial conversation with the customer service representative, Alonzo. I have a rodent issue and need it handled, before it really gets out of hand. Stephen was professional, courteous, and prompt. He first reviewed over with me the parameters of the service agreement, his role/duties, in checking the areas where I saw the most activity. He explained exactly where he placed the traps, as well as the time frame it may take to expect to see a difference. He also explained that since I may have rats, as some were larger than others, it may take another service call, as rats will tend to eat all the bait. Hopeful to get this in one shot, but if not, I will be glad to have Stephen come back out and give it another go! Thank you Bulwark, for your continued service and dedication to your customers and all service areas! I will highly recommend Bulwark to anyone in need of pest control.
