Chatorio Smith ,very professional, kindness, one the nicest people I've ever met.

Mr Smith arrived in a timely manner, called ahead to notify me of his arrival time, and was courteous. He did a thorough job of prevention treating and was respectful of areas I did not want sprayed ( areas where we grow herbs). We have been very happy with Bulwark and appreciate there quick responses.

He spent more time than usual and explained what he was doing. Very professional and customer oriented.

I had my initial service done today by Christopher buntele and I was impressed with his work. He was thorough,pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He gave me a detailed report of everything that he did and things that would help with my mice problems. He suggested I get the mice plan during this visit so I can take advantage of the offers presently available and save money. He also advised me that he would be back in 2 weeks to follow up. He let me know that when the mice problem was fixed I can stop the service. It felt good to know I had someone that really wanted to help rid the mice and not looking to take my money when the additional mice plan is not needed. I am very scared of mice so everything that he did to help rid them helped calmed my nerves . He also helped take careful of the overflow of spiders I have. His service was just top notch all around to help handle all of my pesky insect problems. He gives attention to detail and is a valuable asset to the company.

First time. Explained process clearly. Friendly and did not seem in a hurry to get the job done.
