James arrived within time frame I was given. He asked for details of what all he needed to treat and went about his work. He treated all inside my home and then moved to the outside. He removed all spiderwebs and treated all areas of the outside.. some of the insects he treated for were crickets, roaches, earwigs, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, sow bugs, wasps, box elder bugs. I would recommend Jason Queen to anyone who needs a thorough pest control project!

Andrew, as always, did a great job treating the outside of the house and outbuildings. I caught him as he was driving off after completing the treatment, and I caught him and asked him if he had time to treat the inside of the house. Without hesitation he pulled into my driveway and treated the house interior. He was very pleasant and answered any questions I had.
