James treated my home for elder bugs as well as other insects inside and out. He is always very friendly and explains what he sees and what he does about it. As a bonus he makes sure my 100lb dog is fine with him as he enters our home. This is rare for many professionals that may enter our home. Along with exceptional service as a pro, he is an exceptional person.

James came to the house for our quarterly service. Sent a note the day before as to time. Day of service arrived in a timely manner and on arrival he notified us and did a thorough treatment and sent us a picture of outside damage he noted. The damage was done by a bear and our patch job was not great LoL When he was leaving he had an issue with locking the front door and notified us. I sent a note back and he returned to make sure it was secure. I really appreciated that as we had a previous company that left the door unlocked and we had people in our home and the police came with guns drawn! Great job James! and really appreciate the concern you showed for our property. Extremely happy with James and Bulwork
