After I put my deposit down, he suddenly became very hard to get ahold of. He finally did show up and do some work for me, and thought it was completed when there was still quite a bit of grading to do. I held the rest of his payment until he completed it, but he wasn't too thrilled with that.

They started the job a day early. I enjoyed working with the crew. Even answered questions about my yard and will hire them for future work.

Grading work was done very well and professionally. I think I'm in a better position when the next floods come along! The workers were very friendly and made good suggestions. Tony and his older brother Eduardo were especially gracious. There was a big delay getting sod to finish the job, but that was mainly due to their sod suppliers not being able to cut sod in soggy, rainy weather. Now all sod work is complete and I am satisfied. In fact, they are returning soon to cut some trees. You can't go wrong with Eduardo Rodriquez Lawn Service!

They come on time, do good work and clean up well. Getting a phone response was difficult.

Very fair, took pride in their work and cleanup was excellent!

They cleaned up debris from stump grinding. Removed some areca palms. Hauled off debris and palms.

Tony quoted my lawn work, which consisted of removing palm shreedings from my yard to allow me to plant grass seed, at $750.00 plus $45.00 per stump. When we walked around the yard he pointed-out 10 - 12 stumps that needed to be removed. I was home all day while the work was being completed. In the middle of the afternoon, Tony rang my doorbell to inform me that they were at 74 stumps and wanted to know I wanted them to stop or continue removing stumps. I immediately told him to stop. (I have no way of knowing how many stumps were removed because they were buried under the palm shreeding). When I asked him why he waited until they were up to 74 stumps before he informed me about the extremely high number, he told me that it was my fault for not standing outside with the crew to watch how many stumps they were removing. When he saw that I was angry with him he lowered the price from $45.00 to $40.00 per stump. I ended-up paying $3710.00 for a job I thought was going to be no more than $1650.00.

They take cash only....I paid them and they signed a receipt I had made out and was told that the office would send me an official receipt. Have not received it yet.

The removed a crummy tree up against my house before Irma hit.
