The women who came were very nice and professional. It was also easy to make an appointment. But I was disappointed with the cleaning of my empty house. At $60/hr I expected the house to be scrubbed down and to smell clean before we moved in. But it didn't smell clean and looked like it was more wiped down. They cleaned the tile floor with a dirty rag which didn't clean it well at all. There were areas missed all together like under the oven, some cabinets and shelves and the corners on the floor. The windows and mirrors were cleaned well but need better cleaning supplies for everything else.

Great customer service. Workers show up on time. Too many phone calls to be answered by workers waisting my time since they are on my clock, one of the workers goes away for 12 minutes on my clock. They started to do the actual work at 20 minutes after the hour and still charged me from start of the hour. With all the phone dramas and quality of work I would not hire them again.

I have used Blue Diamond for years. The quality of the work they do is very high. Denita, the business owner, has excellent communication skills. She takes good direction on the work we want done. She is very detailed. If for some reason, she is late, I always get an advance notice call. At the end of the day, I am busy and I just want my house cleaned really well with no drama. I get that with Blue Diamond.

home advisor is fast..i received a call 3 mins after i plug in the info to set up schedule. fast service. I got it schedule asap. Yolanda and Martha came over to clean and they are very nice people and Danita the lady that I was talking to is very accommodating. they do a very good job. house is clean and smells great.

I had a complete empty house and I told them, I don't need anything with carpets as I intend to have separate carpet cleaning and asked them to do detailed cleaning of all edges, corners etc. Didn't ask much actually. And they charged me $240 for 4 hours for 2 people. In the end, I see lots of dust over the counter, corners, edges were not cleaned up. I wonder what they've done for 4 hours really. My money was totally wasted and I will never use them again.

My house is being cleaned by Denita and Martha - very good work! I have been working with Denita and her crew for many years. She is responsible, ethical, a hard worker, and easy to be around. Trust is a very important think in a housecleaning service, and Denita takes her responsibilities very seriously. She works for me every two weeks - I'd be lost without her. Hire this company!! You will not be sorry!

Best experience yet!!! I will only have this company for future cleanings. Krissa came out and she did outstanding work and made me feel comfortable cleaning my mess. I would definitely request her again. Efficient work and very warm personality.
