The tech guy, Cody, was just out of high school, a really nice kid, but always late, was guessing on fixing the in problem, it took three visits, three payments and basically, the U-verse tech walked him thru the repair over the phone. I should say AT and T was partly responsible for sending the incorrect cable box.

Bill's PC and Tech Repair technicians have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and Cody founded in 2015 and has a Microsoft MTA Windows 10 and CCNA IT Certifications. Any time when a technician is late for the job, it can be caused by another project running late and/or traffic issues. We bill you based on the visit, only in special circumstances can that be modified or waived. We are not a U-verse subsidiary, we are not U-verse technicians and do not possess the means to properly diagnose U-verse devices. Cody was called out to this customer's located for a different issue and then was requested to help with the U-verse issue he was having. Cody agreed to help because he owns U-verse equipment himself personally so he went through the troubleshooting process for the customer and the agent from AT&T that he spoke with was not as helpful and it required a supervisor to review the account and determine that Mr. Sachs did not have a recording device causing the issues he was having. Cody was never informed the service he was performing was poor or that Mr. Sachs was displeased with service. To any customers reading this review or current customers, if problems arise with the quality of work, please talk to the technicians on site or call 713-900-4369. We are happy to work with you and thank you for your business.

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
