Booking was a smooth process with clear communication about estimate and date of move.The moving crew were friendly and took care of protecting my furniture and transporting it without damage.

The Quality Mover was a good experience for my son moving from Vancouver WA to Brooklyn NY. The guy who came to pick the staff was carefully and professional.
Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it.
