We were so impressed with Beck Tech! We just moved to El Paso and had no idea who to use for our home entertainment needs. We found Beck Tech online and could not be more satisfied with the services they provided. Customer service was outstanding, with Clark offering technical support throughout the entire process. We had two large flat screens wall mounted, and they turned out beautifully. Ceiling speakers were installed inside and out, as well as a brand new state of the art receiver. Great value for such high end products! Such care was taken with the installation, and they are the cleanest contractor we've ever used. Highly recommended!

Service was quick and professional. Appointment had to be rescheduled a few times which was a little discouraging, but when they did come and do the work it was done in a timely and professional manner.

I had to mount the TV by Friday (world cup Inaugural game). I called Beck-Tech on Wednesday and they were able to get the parts needed to mount the TV, the showed at my home early, they were very professional and explained in detail every step of the installation, they were open to suggestions on every step of the way and they finished on time with no delays...I will be calling them soon as I'm looking to automate some of my rooms and swimming pool switch controls. The service is top notch and is almost to good if you compare their prices against other companies. I strongly recommend them over any major store "geek squad" :-)
