Great professional service

They were fast ,knew their equipment, very good at what they had to do, and careful, also on time-- witch is hard to find in this town. I want everyone to know that this is the kind of people you want to help you with your problems in your HOME.

Clark showed up early for initial appointment which is unusual these days. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my needs were when I explained to him what I wanted. Called me to let me know that he was on his way on installation day. Showed up on time and had all of the necessary equipment to do the job. They ran into some snags, but with their knowledge and experience they overcame and tackled the job. Installed my Home Theater Surround Sound in a matter of hours as he had told me and when finished showed me how to operate system. Project turned out great and am very satisfied. I would highly recommend Beck-Tech.

Although, problem was not fixed, it was not the tech's fault. It was our connections. He told us what to do. We had to buy a different computer. We did and problem was fixed.

Called Beck-Tech last month. Clark, of Beck-Tech, called me within 5 minutes of my calling his voice mail and had an appointment set, which he kept on time (a real rarity in this day and age when too many service providers ust show up whenever they get around to it!) Clark connected my existing audio-video system components into my new home which had been already pre-wired. Installed surround sound speakers, a central junction box, checked all the connections, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left. Did a great job! I will be calling him again to hook up my patio speakers. I highly recommend Beck-Tech.

The service that was provided was great. They were on time, friendly and very knowlegable about what they were doing. My 52inch TV looks great on the wall. I live in government quarters and the installation looked like it belonged there. I have plans to have other TVs installed in the house and I WILL be calling them again. Had to tip the guy for a job so well done. Excellent!!

very attentive to detail and great to work with

Technicians called ahead to confirm they were on their way. They had all necessary tools and supplies to complete the job with 100% satisfaction. They were careful and meticulous about their work. They cleaned up and were very neat. They told us several times through out the installation what they were doing. I would recommend this company and would have them come back. Maureen & Arthur

Great service they mounted my 55in tv above my fireplace while adding a power outlet above it to power the tv! They ran the cables through the walls without having to do any unneasery holes in the wall. The only downside was that it was a bit more expensive than I was told but it was my fault for not having the required HDMI cables and not taking into concderation te sales tax. But other then that great job friendly staff and very informative about there product. They even gave me a mount that can fit upto an eighty inch tv if I want to upgrade later on.
