Refreshing customer service experience dealing with experienced and knowledgeable install team. They knew what I wanted before I even knew; creative ideas in the setup of my system; the suggestions on the surround system alone was worth the whole cost of the install.My add on requests were dealt promptly and they did'nt stick it to me on the price cause I was a " captive customer"; they were fair and professional. Highly recommend them for a reasonably priced and professional home theater install.

i had a made a mess trying to put up my big screen tv and decided i needed a pro . they came in the very next day and did a great job and had no problems as a bonus they gave me the materials and advise on how to hang my other television

Beck Tech installed 5 ceiling mount speakers and wired. Installed TV wall mount above fire place and did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. Had one minor problem but technician returned immediately and worked diligently to ensure our satisfaction. We would recommend Beck Tech for your home theater needs. Great customer service and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer is completely satisfied with their service.

service experience was very professional from scheduling to installation. I was informed and adviced on options of installation of my tv mount. The end product was very clean and cleanup was excellent. Without hesitation i would recommend the service.

When I first called Beck-Tech they were very courteous and helpful over the phone. They answered all of my questions very informatively. They gave me multiple option in price for the job and explained the pros and cons of the different products and prices in a way that I could understand.
