I hired this company as I heard wildlife activity in my chimney. They were very responsive and Matt even confirmed the appointment. He sent someone else even though it was twice confirmed it would be him. The tech that arrived walked about 20 feet into my living room, shined a flashlight into my fireplace and told me the wildlife was protected and couldnâ t help. I was promptly charged $133. I had agreed to this fee, as it would have been applied to the job had I hired them to do the work. I had every expectation of hiring them, but as they couldnâ t help, I did not have that option. I have no problem paying a fair price for services performed, but a 5 minute call does not warrant this expense.

Hi Ann When you instant booked us, you saw that we charge a $125 inspection fee right up front as listed on thumbtack and you still booked us so there were no surprises up front and we are upfront with everything. This is to cover our time, expertise, gas ect to come out to your home. As it relates to chimney swifts we can not do anything by law as they are protected birds. Also I d like to clear up that you are stating false info stating I said it would be me. I called you to confirmed the appointment you made, I never once said it would be me. I have two other licensed techs and whoever is in the area was the one who responded. I do not

These guys are great. We moved into a house with mice in the attic and they promptly removed them. Then we found a snake and they removed that as well and sealed up the entry points in the attic. Quick response and we will be customers for years.

Matt was prompt and professional and patient, a wood rat entered my home and made a new home under my dishwasher, he ate the plastic and metal tubing! Matt was able to capture this unwanted guest and checked my whole house to assure me he was a lone unwanted guest, and probably got in through an open door in the fenced in back yard for my pups. Needless to say dogs now ring a bell to go out and scratch or bark to come in! I canâ  t thank Matt enough! 100% recommend Matt and Bearclaw Wildlife LLC,

Matt called almost immediately after I connected with BearClaw on Angie. He was able to come the next day and remedy our issue for a fair price. We will definitely reach out to Matt if we have similar critter issues in the future.
