I called Matt on Friday & he came out on Monday. He was able to add a steel net over the vent where the bats were coming in & added the cone so the bats can get out. He will be back in 5 weeks to remove cone & vacuum the bat droppings. He advised if any issues to contact him in the meantime. Very satisfied

Matt is a good communicator and understands animals. He has very good experience and manages the animals. He moved a skunk without the skunk spraying, which is very impressive. The costs and fees were discussed upfront and reasonable.

very positive. On time, helpful catching a bat that escaped into our house. Answers texts in a timely manner. 75 % of the work is done at this time.
