"Zuli repaired a very large 4-flue stone chimney which had crumbled concrete on top. He replaced the top of the chimney with new concrete and capped it with 3 very large pieces of 2" bluestone slabs which rested on stone pillars. Looks great! He cleaned up when the job was complete. Thanks Zuli !"

"I dont usually do reviews, but this company deserves some praise! Ervin came out for a quote as soon as possible, and was the most reasonably priced. He showed up every day to get to work, at around 730am and was working all throughout the day. You can tell he is very task oriented and pays attention to details. Stone wall building is tough work and hes efficency is unmatched. He treats the job as if it was his own house. Also, there was a part of the job that was not communicated correctly, and when I brought it up to his attention he fixed it that day within a couple hours. I am super happy with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. 10/10!"

"Vilson and John are extremely hardworking and talented. We had an idea of what we wanted for our house and with our description and Vilson's vision, we ended up with a final product that is breathtaking! Once we saw their talent and professionalism, we had them do many projects for us. They made a gorgeous bluestone patio entering our home and another one on the side entrance. Before we had a plain concrete entryway that had been there for years and Vilson came up with a design that flowed beautifully with the house. They also installed Belgian Blocks along our driveway and did a stunning entrance at the top all with Belgian Blocks. They also designed an absolutely stunning stonewall to wrap around the side and front of our home. They are very professional, arrive when they say they will, and work very diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. They even came on the weekends when they needed to due to rain and other obstacles. The quality, beauty and durability of their work was above and beyond anything we expected. "I never have seen a crew work so hard in this blistering heat! I hired Original Masonry for a relatively small project, tearing up my old garage floor and pouring a new one. Krenar pointed out that there was literally no garage foundation under the garage walls, and he identified areas in the cinder blocks where I was getting a good deal of water making the garage damp and smelly. After considerable thought, I decided to have Original Masonry jack up the garage, lay a proper foundation and rebuild the cinder block walls, putting in a curtain drain around the garage to take care of any future water issues. They did a magnificent job, and cleaned up beautifully. I could not be happier with their work! I plan to hire Original Masonry to build a stone wall in front of my home to level off my side yard. "John and his crew were great, from start to finish. They removed an old brick patio, and replaced it with 1.5" Pennsylvania bluestone. In addition to replacing the existing patio, they expanded it to include 3 offshoot walkways (plus my garbage can area & 2 drywalls to bury my gutter lines). At John's suggestion, the entire bluestone work was bordered by granite blocks. He took the time to source from my local granite quarry, so that the borders would match existing stonework around my home (from that same quarry). I thought that doing a granite border would be overdoing it, as I'd never seen this done before. I was wrong. This is how it's done properly. Most importantly, John and his crew were honest, good people, and easy to work with (though at times his crew's English was an impediment - but we worked through it). Regardless, like I said, they were all good people, and very hard workers. At the end of the project (on the last day), there was actually a turn/curve in the main walkway that I thought could be done better. I wasn't happy with this one detail, but you could say it was my fault, as I hadn't previously said anything about it. True to form, and as advertised, John and his crew dug it out and fixed it/re-did it. And he was nice about it to boot. Top notch service. Highly, highly recommended."

The materials he used were top notch as was the quality craftsmanship of the work. He was also able to get my project on his schedule super quickly (within a few days) and completed the entire raising of my existing walkway to eliminate a step and a complete resurfacing in stone of the existing cement steps in a single day. "I'm extremely happy with the work Jimmy and his crew completed and highly recommend them. The project was to install a stone wall, forming a terrace, on a sloped bank on the street side of a colonial home. I didn't want any concrete showing, so Jimmy acquired some beautiful old field stone to face what is essentially a 3 foot high retaining wall. The materials (several dump trucks full of sand and stone) arrived over a week's period of time. Jimmy's crew of 6 completed the work in 1 day, were very polite, and cleaned up beautifully. To my surprise and great joy, Jimmy also back-filled the new terrace with lovely topsoil, making me a very happy camper. The company did excellent work for a very fair price and I will certainly turn to them again for upcoming projects."
