Write a ReviewIn doing so, I had to get my sewer line checked out. There was an issue. I had to invest $40,000 on a new sewer line, but I wouldn't of known about that if they didn't come out. It was a win/lose situation. Everything that they could do on their end of things to help, they did.
The project took two days. Â It involved jackhammering about 65 feet of concrete 6 inches wide next to the indoor block wall. Â The concrete was super hard and that task was hard work. Â Installation of the below ground drainage system and sump pump went smoothly. All jack hammered material was carried out one 5 gallon bucket at a time. Â Needless to say there was a lot of dust created indoors. Â Perhaps they could invent a better way to suppress or deal with that dust. Â We have had one hard rain since the installation, and not a single drop of water appeared in an area that would have previously seen water.
Workers arrived very promptly and went to work. Â They were extremely helpful in explaining all the details of the system. Â I was very pleased with the work.
Installers arrived on time and did job efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight problem with the installation and the office sent someone back the next day to correct it. Very please with service. Would definitely recommend.
They were really good and prompt. They cleaned up after their mess.
The technicians that came they were really helpful with explaining things very well. They were prompt in answering our questions. The one part was not very responsive but they were all on time.
Hubby was thrilled with everything.
We were really happy with them. They are really busy. We moved into the house on the 1st of November and we had a baby on that day as well. They said that if we paid their employees overtime, they would come out on a Friday and a Saturday and do it for us. We were really happy with that. They were scheduled out until February, but they came out and did it in November since we were willing to pay the $200 of overtime. The basement is dry now; we are happy. With regard to price, it was expensive, but it was worth it.
After considering a variety of options to keep water out of our crawlspace I decided that the better route was to not worry about water getting in and to keep the moisture contained. Our floor joists were rotting and the air handling unit was rusting. The price seemed pretty steep for the labor and materials but it was in line with other drainage options. There was a group of about five that quickly did the job very professionally. The crawlspace is so nice now that I (seriously) take my shoes off to walk through it. It is reassuring that they leave a humidistat so you can monitor the humidity in the crawlspace and see the results of your spent money. I did not buy one of their very expensive dehumidifiers using the logic that if the barrier worked the way it was supposed to that I shouldn't need to dehumidify. Instead, I put in a small room dehumidifier. The humidity in our crawlspace prior to the work was over 90%. Now the humidity never exceeds 55%. I consider it money well spent.
I live in an old house. The floor was sagging around the fireplaces. Basement Systems installed new beams and smart jacks to level the floor. I was pleased with the results.
