The owner Ravi was really responsive to my questions. He worked with us on pricing. The guys were there when they said they would be. I had artificial grass put into my yard. The quality of the work they did is good. I would recommend them if you are looking for a landscaper.

Would highly recommend them. The were very accommodating and worked within my budget. Their estimate was competitive and didn't try to sell me on anything that I did not need. If you do not at least get an estimate from them for your project you are going to regret it. Even though my job was a small one, both management and owner were on site to ensure my satisfaction.

I believe the owners of this company to be honorable, trustworthy people. The work was good, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. There is room, however, for improvement on their organization and professionalism.

We hired this company to install a new sprinkler control box and replace a valve. The work was good but we still have no operational manual for the control box which we need to adjust time of irrigation of our plants and no receipt for the cash payment they received. We have called several times and have been promised they would bring these items to or even mail it but yet a month+ has passed and nothing. I've also called Home Advisor letting you know what happened. Still no response from Balance Landscape...

Great work. Avaiable soon after bid. Good price and excellent value. Started and finished on time. Skilled crew, worked hard, very polite and respectful of us and our property. Management is excellent and on site as appropriate. Definitely would use them again and recommend to others. Jim K

Now that the work is finished, I can say that I do not feel comfortable with this firm. A man identifying himself as "the president of the company" turned up at the last minute as the job was finishing up, and he pressured me to write a check for the amount (which I didn't even know until I was given the final bill, since "taxes" were not figured in; moreover, there was no detailed itemization of services and materials used, so I just had to "trust them to be honest"). I told him that we agreed that I would pay via credit card, and I first secured an agreement that there would be no surcharge for using the card. He said that Matthew (the project mgr.) should not have promised me that, but that is his problem, not mine. And he also made me write down my credit card number, date of expiration, and 3-digit code, so now I need the company to issue me a new card and new number. VERY unethical and unprofessional! I like the job the workers performed, but I have significant problems with the people in the company who manage them.
