Work and communication was great .

Balance Landscaping did an excellent job or renovating our patio, including demolition of old concrete and cracked stamped concrete. They laid pavers, installed lighting, fixed our irrigation system, added plants and installed a pergola. Our patio has gone from dingy and unpleasant to AMAZING. Matt is great to work with; he listens, has solutions and is professional.

They did a awesome job! They redid the whole front yard. On time and showed up for all appointments! Would highly recommend.

Matthew is an outstanding example of American Hard Work and standards. I had a backyard redone, sod rock installed. Sprinkler system fixed or better yet replaced. Front yard cleaned rock, tree removed and planted new tree. Set my timer numerous times. It doesn't stop....we wanted a tree I know Jack about trees we took a picture of a tree we saw and liked....sent to Matthew he found my tree. Awesome ð !!!!! Some sod did not take Matthew got it replaced got his crew right on it, by the way I was warned sometimes some sod can do that, but no worries taken care of. They went way above and beyond and as soon as I get enough money this crew is going to install my paver.....please save yourself time and hire this company. You will not regret it! Matthew thank you for everything. We are not outdoors people, but we have been bbqing and enjoying the yard.

Excellent communication provided by both management and workers on site who are employees, not just contracted for the job. One even returned on his own time to adjust an irrigation line that had been rerouted as part of the job. We will ask them to bid on our next project.

Suggestions were made to improve our original patio ideas based on saving costs and enhancing the look of the front yard patio for a sitting area. Work was preformed ahead of original schedule, underground irrigation was moved as needed with care and accuracy. Three workers the first day with four the second to make sure the project went smoothly. Site visited each day by either the company president or Matthew the VP. The job supervisor even returned on his own time the following Sunday to adjust one of the moved sprinkler heads to insure proper watering. This was our first time using the company, we are in north Phoenix, and found them on Angi. Matthew made the first contact, carefully estimated the job, and kept in touch regarding the process and all needed communication. We will definitely ask them to give an estimate when we proceed in a few months with a big backyard pool area remodeling.
