"We had a lot of water damage and had to replace all of our hardwood floors. Empire quickly set up an estimate and scheduled the install within a few days. We had a pretty big job and they finished in two days. Very professional. The installers found additional damage that we had not anticipated and still finished within the 2 days time frame without adding much more to our estimate. The result was beautiful. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision.
