Prompt service. Very knowledgeable technician. A fitting split after 24 hours (about 10 p.m.) and they offered a free repair at midnight. We turned off the water overnight. Same plumber was back early the next morning to replace the broken fitting. They called to follow up and be sure we were satisfied.

We really needed a plumber on a Saturday morning when we woke up to a leak ruining our hardwood floor outside the bathroom. I could see it was either the toilet or the shower valve in the wall that was causing the water to seep under the hardwood floor. After I turned off the main water valve I called Aztec Plumbing. I had seen their trucks around advertising 24 hour service. The plumber arrived about 3 hours later and told us it would cost $520 which I thought was a bit high but we were in dire straits so I agreed. Forty five minutes later he was finished and we paid the invoice. ($520 for a $12 shower valve + labor). I called around to a few plumbing shops on Monday to compare the price. I was bamboozled. So much for a local community business. Never again.

Good job...real good job...but expensive.

Aztec Plumbing did a superb job resolving my plumbing issues !! I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and the plumber explained what was wrong, had the parts to repair the issue and replaced the defective parts without having to reschedule a repair visit. Parts were replaced in under 15-20 minutes. Very pleased !!

all questions answered. multiple options presented. sincere advice provided by rep. all work done promptly and work spaces were cleaned up. care was taken for carpets and floors. will gladly refer and use services/rep again.
