Said accepted credit cards.... but on the day of tree removal they suddenly couldn't accept them. Had to use savings to pay for it. (was inconvenient) Also kept the medium size logs that would have been great for my fireplace.... gave me big ones that need to be split. (I am a senior woman so will have to pay someone to do it) The roots came back in a few places under the new brick patio.

They were very prompt with their very reasonable quote. They were on time for the appointnent and finished in less time than they promised. The work was excellent and they left the area and the surrounding area cleaner than it was when they got here. They were very polite and pleasant as well.

Fidel and his co-worker showed up 5 minutes early , reviewed the work request again and then did an excellent job to remove one tree and prune a 2nd tree ( both large trees). Their workmanship was amazing and their clean-up was exceptional. If you are doing this service , look no more - HIRE this company!

Polite, accommodating, fast and pleasant

Came out within an hour after I called for estimate. Estimate was $100 less than I had expected. They came out the next morning and were done in just over an hour with fantastic clean up.

This was an emergency situation with a broken gas line needing to be repaired ASAP. Avina called me right away, arrived on time and helped us get the entire tree and root out. The water and gas line passed right through the middle of the root ball, Avina reassured me it could be removed, they were very professional, and removed the tree and root without so much as a knick on either line. I will be using them for all future gardening needs and have already posted their Information on face book. Thank you so much for having professionals available, who do not take advantage of a homeowner in crisis.

We were very happy with the work of Fidel and his team. Fidel's quote came in $800 under another quote, from a company with essentially the same qualifications. In the end, we actually paid a little extra. (our idea, NOT theirs). It was easy to see, as we watched the long hours and effort, that the job and their hard work was worth more than the initial quote. The guys arrived right on time, had all the necessary equipment to do the job. They removed a massive ash tree in our front yard, which was pretty close to the house. The entire job took approx. 1.5 days. Attention was paid to the safety of our home by shielding windows in the event that an errant branch may get away. But, there were no accidents or issues of any kind. In addition, they ground up the extremely large trunk, (approx. 6ft. diameter) provided us with sawdust for mulch, and cut a lot of wood down to fireplace size. They're good honest people.
