Avina Tree Service

I was quoted a price by Avina Tree Service to have a tree stump removed at my home. The quote included some of the roots system. I agreed with the price and paid the price plus I tipped the contact person 100.00 over the agreed price. I tipped the worker because one worker did all the work while the other five watched him. This price did not include removing the mulch. After I took two truckloads of mulch to the dump, I notices that a large part of the stump was still in the ground. I dug around the stump and notice an even larger root system still in the ground. I texted Avina back and advised them of the issue and asked if someone could come by and look to see how much more work needs to be done to make the job right. At this point I was willing to pay more if need be. I wasn't trying to get one over on them. Avina tree service texted back twice and acknowledged they would come by and look at the stump. To date I texted them a total of 7 times and not one person has contacted me back after the first two texts. In one of my texts I wrote that I wasn't looking for them to work for free and I just wanted it done right before I move on. I can supply all of the texting between Avina Tree service and myself. I have used Home Adviser many times and spent over 20,000.00 on the outside of my residence, and what a shame because Home Adviser is easy to use. Avina Tree Service never gave me a work order or a written estimate. It's as if this job never existed. I paid cash for the work and the tip was in a check. Home Owner. Harold D.

They were accommodating, quick, and professional. Each individual of the team independently took actions to go the extra mile, I was very impressed. They made sure the yard was clean when they were done and actually did some extra work making it look better than it was when they arrived. I had them remove a very large tree and they did it quickly and safely. I really appreciated how professional they were and that they followed up. I accidentally sent some pictures to the wrong cell # and they still called me back to followup. If they had not done this they may have not gotten my business. I was very impressed with them and will definitely use them in the future. They even took some extra time to take care of my neighbors tree stump for a fair price, since they were in the area. Each member of the team was great and there wasn't a single slacker in the bunch. They were honest and fair. I would recommend them to anyone.
