I them to coat my flat roof and also point bricks. No pressure to sign a contract. They arrived earlier than expected worked over two days and completed the work as expected. I was really impressed with the brick pointing. The prices were comparable to other contractors. They did a great job!

After I submitted the project, George called me within a few hours. He scheduled an appointment — an actual time, not a range — the next day and arrived on time. He reviewed the proposed work with me, pointing out various aspects of it that aligned with another proposed contractor. He then gave me an official written quote on the spot. It was lower than quotes, and it was for a definite amount, again, not a range. The foreman came by the next day to get the specifics so he could buy the necessary materials, and work commenced that afternoon. The project took three days, slightly under what they anticipated. The team arrived and left on time, and the areas were tidied up each time. They were also professional and friendly. Unfortunately, they discovered something that had not been done during the home’s original renovation, which George and Jim discussed with me. It was beyond what I wanted to do at the time, but we were able to settle on something that they thought would get the job done and I could agree to. They were excellent at explaining various aspects of the job like this, and I felt comfortable with their recommendations. They also accomplished additional two small tasks, one of which I mentioned I needed to do at a future date, and one that they observed. Both were done under the original agreement, which I appreciated. I definitely plan to use Louise August (a family business) for any projects that arise within their areas of expertise because it was a very good experience.

I feel they came in at an excellent price to quality ratio. It was not easy work they did and they did a great job they did not break the bank and the end result looked fantastic. I would use again.

Very professional and great quality of work ! For some quickly and the result is great ! We had a challenging project with the front of our historical house needed a tone of work. And now it looks new ! Very happy ! Def recommend
