I would not know how to rate them because the ladder they came with could not reach the second story so they never got to do the windows. Never heard of such a thing.... :(

We did arrive on time for the scheduled appointment for a 2 story home, we did bring a 2 story standard 20ft ladder with us. Upon arrival and inspection of the home, we realized this this was not a standard 2 story home and that a 28ft extension ladder would be required. We where not made aware of this when the customer booked the appointment, probably because just like us the customer didn't realize that it was an above average 2 story home. if you google what is the standard size of a 2 story home, you will find that from base to roof its 10ft per floor, so a 20 foot ladder should be more then adequate. We did try to get another tech out the following day but the customer declined. taken from the web: The height of each storey is based on the ceiling height of the rooms plus the thickness of the floors between each pane. Generally this is around 10 feet (3 m) total

My windows were crusted in salt water from Irma ...We literally could not see out of them !!! Such great customer service !!!! Im having them back every 3 months !!!! I have 35 foot windows in some places too AWESOME !!!!!!
