My windows were so clean I thought they were open. No streaks. They shined! The 2 workers were very pleasant and worked quickly and hard. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

My windows were pretty dirty and they cleaned them pretty well. The worker came with a survey (which he needed completed before he left). I gave him an excellent rating. However, once I had a chance to look at the work, I was less impressed. The website says that screens are cleaned and the sills are wiped, as well as the tracks. Hard to tell if the screens were cleaned, but the sills didn't appear to be wiped down and the tracks were dirty. As I said, the windows themselves were pretty neglected, so maybe the technician spent more time on the windows than usual. Also, I paid an extra $20.00 to have my chandelier cleaned. He took a rag and smacked the dust off. He didn't raise the ladder to get to the top of the chain, so I still have to figure out a way to get that clean. I should have taken a moment to check out his work before letting him leave. I would use this service again, I would just be a bit more diligent in inspecting the end results.

person showed up with no identification which I think everyone should have these days, he was very friendly but didn't explain exactly what he was going to do, I think it would be nice if someone comes into your home to let you know what he is going to do, none of the tracks were cleaned, some of the screens were not that clean because I still had black on my cloth when I whipped them down, overall the Windows looked clean.
