Atech mold inspection done by Mariano was thorough and professional. He made suggestions where applicable and product recommendations. The price was very fair. His full report is due in 2 days but he basically explained everything he thought as he went around the premises.

I can't say enough good things about Marciano and the company and the Home Advisor process. I was able to book an appointment online instead of calling which is so convenient. I received a confirmation call and was able to discuss my problem and get a quote right away. He told me he would be there around 11am and he was there on the dot. He was professional, knowledgable and gave me great advice about the air quality and the best ways to clean the air and filters in the apt. He took pictures of all the spots of concern and is writing a report. He took air samples in the apt and outside of the apartment and used infrared gun to see behind the walls if there was water damage. I would definitely use Atech again.

Mariano was amazing. He gave me his personal contact information and has allowed me to remain in contact with him should I need anything. He said I could FaceTime him if a specific spot in my home became a problem. I was having allergy symptoms even after my mold test came back negative and he advised exactly what to do. He is too knotch and incredibly thorough and affordable. I was so impressed!
