Mr. Daniello came on time to inspect my home for mold and water damage that happened years ago. His calm demeanor gave me much hope that my worries would soon be abated. I've stressed over this problem for years only to find it was not near what I feared. His was the best price, too, so this wasn't one of those situations where you pay dearly for procrastination, fear or mistrust. I felt at ease when I called the mild-mannered man and he took time away from his son's birthday party to talk to me. Once he told me his price I asked, "How can you afford to give your son a birthday party with those rates?" I didn't choose A-Tech because of the cost, but I was curious that another company with a lower rating and less reviews charged hundreds more. I didn't check their reviews, either, before he left the premises I was raring to write a rave review. But I had to wait for the written test results from another source that backed up his oral report. Now that he has thoroughly checked out the place, I am relieved, edified and moving on to the simple solution he suggests so that my home will be totally mold-free. I did not even need a mediator, just a handyman, as he said might be the case. If I were you, I would give A-Tech a call when in doubt about who to contact. Because of Mr. Daniello, I've regained some trust in human kind. There are people who offer necessary services at reasonable rates. Their honesty is proven when they carry through on their promises.
