Working with Assured Popcorn was a pleasure. I called several contractors. Assured Popcorn was the only one to respond same day. In addition, they were the first to provide an estimate and it included reasonable pricing. I was in need of having the popcorn ceiling removed from my home that was built in 1999. It had collected dust, had patch work and water damage. Assured Popcorn came in and removed the texture, made necessary repairs and prepped it for painting as requested. The communication was good. Any work that was needed outside of scope was discussed and I approved on the front end. This work alone made the house seem brand new as it was like night & day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would surely use their services again.

First appointment was not met. Had to reschedule. Work was fine. Good value but ,in all honesty, quality of work could have been better. Agreed to repaint the repair and assumed that paint was correct. Paint did not match up but he painted it anyway without acknowledging that the paint did not match. Not the most professional way of doing a job. Never checked back to insure that work was satisfactory. Average quality.
