We found Henderson Evaluation Appraisal Services on Angi last week. After talking with several respondent's to our request, we decided to go with Tiffany and Scott Henderson. They scheduled an inspection date for last Thursday. Showed up on time and completed the inspection in about an hour. They then stayed and explained the remaining process to us and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. They promised to get our Appraisal to us by Tuesday. However, as we got an offer on our house last Saturday, I called Tiffany/Scott and explained our situation, and that it would be helpful if we had the Appraisal in hand before we had to respond to the offer by Noon on Monday. Scott was wonderful and said that he would get the appraisal to us Sunday evening. As promised, Scott sent the Appraisal to us Sunday night, and we were able to use it to respond to the potential buyer of our home. Great service from customer oriented people.

Tiffany was extremely responsive and flexible when I had to reschedule appointment. She and her husband were timely and delivered the inspection report at the specified that they had originally quoted! Very professional and friendly! Glad we used them and we were extremely pleased with the appraisal report. It was were we expected our home to be valued! Great work!
