Write a ReviewDon't use this service. BestPro sent Farid to fix my cooktop after it was shorted out by spilled water. He re-set the circuit breaker, showed me that the lights on the stove turned on and charged the $125 minimum diagnostic fee on my credit card. After he left I realized that, though dial lights turned on, the stove burners still didn't turn on. I called back and Farid was re-assigned to schedule another visit. However, in texts, he informed me that he would not finish the job unless I paid another diagnostic fee for a new repair. I have called the office several times over the ensuing 2 weeks. Every time I am told that this will be reported to "concerns" or that the customer service rep. would talk to his manager and someone would call me back. No one has ever called back. I have had to call a different company and pay their minimum base fee to get the job done.

They came in to fix my ice maker . The ice maker and water stopped working within 5 hours
This business is a scammer. don't hire them. I called to get my dryer fixed. the guy came and told me a heating unit is not working and it would cost $470 ($300 for the unit and $170 for his fee) to fix it. I quickly check the price for the unit and it costs $60. I asked him why he is giving me such an insane price for the repair. He said this is what we charge and what you find online doesn't work for our company. I said I buy the unit and you fix it. he said in that case I would charge you $300 or higher for my fee instead of $170. They basically take the work , send someone, the price is insane so you end up not using them and they charge you $120 for 10 min showing in your house. This is a true robbery. I am sorry that you make your living based on robbing people.
Be warned! This is a company ( Best Pro Appliance Service) that I I believe overcharged me and will NOT respond to customer calls /complaints. I have been calling them since November to dispute my bill . I have left many messages with the polite women who answer the phone. I just wanted a conversation with the Supervisor who I was told is Frank. It is now January and I have received no call back. The tech who did the repair was contacted by his supervisor and told to call me. It took several weeks to even get that far. I texted him back with my issues. Still waiting. No call; no text from anyone. Also be aware that this company only accepts cash and online banking . No checks and I was charged a 3% service charge for using my credit card. The receipt does not itemize parts and labor. Save yourself money and aggravation and find someone else to repair your appliance. In fairness, the tech was on time, polite and my washer is working right now. He said there was a 90 day guarantee on the repair. Still, not a business I would ever recommend!

Do not hire them! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Charged my 85-year-old mother $600 to repair the washer/dryer, which did not work, then refused to return to fix it or provide a refund. Calls were either ignored or when they answered they gave her the runaround. Now using - such an awful experience.
I had a very bad experience with them, he then came the first time and collected $99 and he was supposed to come back for a part need to order for my stove, but never came back, I called multiple times I was tolled that the tech will call me back, he never called and no one from the company called or showed up back, very bad service very unprofessional, also the first time the tech was taking a video call with his friend will he is checking my stove in my kitchen,
Technician arrived on time (a little early, actually) and completed the repair in about 90 minutes.
