Write a ReviewHad a new furnace/ac unit installed yesterday to replace our 30+ years furnace, all went well, but our semi-tech selves could not set Nest to turn off. Company sent John Reinhard out almost immediately after contacting them. He fixed issue and gave us informative crash course. He set everything to where it should be. He was very professional, yet personable and helpful. Highly pleased with salesman, installers and John Reinhard who came out today to explain nest and set everything to where we wanted it. A BIG KUDOS AND THANK YOU!!

I had a thorough check for my homes furnace unit. It was cleaned inspected and work on professionally. All parts were checked and cleaned along with great advice on next steps to make sure it last a long time. Very happy with the service and will be doing business with Andy’s statewide again.

Very pleasant Sales Person candidly in retrospect I feel kind and rushed all the best tactics used so I bought a new furnace and some heat pumps that came out the next day and then wanted full payment. Luckily I didn’t pay them. They sent a supervisor out who did a teeny bit notice some things that weren’t right also And now they won’t come out for four weeks to finish the job but once the full $19,000 don’t hire them. Their crooks are poorly run.

I can't understand how this company is the has the contract with home depot. I would advise extreme caution if electing to use this company. The in home assessment the conduct is done by someone who does not know how to install them. Some of the project specifics that were agreed upon initially, were later were not performed. Their prices are exceptionally high and the equipment discussed was not the specification installed i.e.1 stage furnace vs 2 stage furnace. I payed 12k for a midrange brand, and I had to call to get a receipt which I recieved the morning for the scheduled installation. This was when I began to feel scammed. The install team was not informed of any of the details pertaining to the project. I will say the install team was professional and did a good job for the most part. They advised that parts of the project could not be performed (or they didn't have the parts because they weren't told). Additionally, the permits required were not submitted prior to work being performed, causing us to receive a letter form the city and potential citations. Andy's statewide advertise they have a satisfaction garutee that end as soon as you are not satisfied. I have asked them to remove their equipment and they have ignored my requests. Bottom line up front, I believe that this company has unethical sales practices and should be avoided.
