Our most recent project had a permit issue which was caused by our builder. The Visionary crew just happened to be onsite and I was so grateful. While the builder was making excuses, the Visionary owner, Kipp, jumped into action and solved the issue (unrelated to Visionary) without hesitation. They plowed through obstacles they did not create, made the difficult look easy without complaining, and minimized the delay. Kipp is always heavily involved from vision to completion. "Just do it. Just hire them. We are general contractors in Los Angeles but we needed a very complicated job done in Detroit so we hired Ready Dig Excavation. Imagine hiring somebody to demo and haul 40 tons of concrete slab when you have never looked them in the eye? Thankfully we hired Frank because there were shocking unforeseen problems. The kind of problems that make your heart sink when they come up. Did Frank send me a change order for an inflated rate because I was three time zones and helpless? Nope. Could he have? In a minute. Instead, he fixed the problem, purchased four times more fill than we agreed on and didnâ t charge me a dime because Frank is a man of his word."

"Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."
