Write a ReviewThis was the second time Andy’s Statewide has been to my sisters house. It was on the 6th of this month and it was raining big time. I really thought that they would reschedule but they didn’t! Matthew Poole showed up as usual when their company promised his arrival. I was worried about his safety but he was cool as a cucumber! He got the job done like his previous visit for the inspection. This guy is the salt of the earth! Not 15 minutes later after he left it started POURING! I mean huge! If it wasn’t for the ABSOLUTE incredible customer service and support from Andy’s Statewide my sister’s ac unit wouldn’t have been serviced that day! On a side note Taylor from Statewide was a total saint helping my sister who is on disability give her some payment options! I would recommend anyone to you!

I learned about Andy's Statewide from an in-store representative advertising a first-time, in-store AC $49.00 tuneup promotion at Home Depot. Bear in mind my A/C unit was working flawlessly (for years) before Andy visited my home. Within 48 hours of the technician's visit, my A/C malfunctioned and would not cool the house to a temperature lower than 78 degrees. Upon notifying Andy's of the issue, a second technician came to the house and instantly discovered a bad dual-run capacitor that had to be replaced for $350.00. Less than a week later, I am experiencing an identical issue. I find it extremely hard to believe that my system happened to break down the day Andy's happened to show up. Additionally, why did the first technician not identify the issue if the second one identified it immediately? It makes me wonder if my a/c was intentionally sabotaged to sell me a new unit. The company claims the system went bad on its own accord and it coincidentally crapped out the day Andy's showed up. I may have to take legal action if a reasonable solution cannot be achieved.

I have had 2 different types of service calls from Andys Statewide for installation and maintenance of my furnace. They are prompt, fair and thorough. I have had a nightmare experience with Great Dane and will never use them again. Andyâ s is the only one I will call upon, they actually repair your equipment as opposed to selling you (by miss leading you) like the aforementioned company did to me. Mario was outstanding and very knowledgeable and professional.
Technician was A1 in tuning up and checking my system and answered all my questions. He checked my air conditioning, changed the filter in furnace and cleaned AC !! Get the pre summer special at $69. Well worth it.
They came out the same day we called and installed a new water heater that Mr. Rooter installed incorrectly 3 years ago.
Service rep was quick to arrive, diagnosed problem with thermostat and inspected furnace. Very satisfied with Andyâ  s Statewide.
