George did a great job explaining the hows and whys of water chemistry. He gave me options on how to attack my problem, and he made suggestions on preventative maintenance. Ibwill use Americana Pool Service again in the future.

BEST phone call I ever made on a Saturday needing help for my situation on my pool. I called 3 numbers, 1st one could not get to me for over a week, the other 2 did not answer , one of them did call me on Monday. Keep in mind my pool is 25 yrs old. I did have a DE installed in 2010. Best thing to do. Anyway, George answered when I called and asked if he could come by Sunday to look at the situation. No service fee was charged and he was on time. We discussed on different ways we could go. I had a leak either coming from my pump or the housing. Needless to say my pump had a gasket replaced 2 yrs ago for leakage, now with the pump not working properly the housing also could have a leakage(I've had it since Allison). He gave me pricing on replacing pump and pump with water flow housing. I knew what I wanted, but it was refreshing that he was concerned about saving my money. He replaced the whole kit and kaboddle, but while doing that noticed other things that should be done. They are something to be addressed, but it will be soon (in cooler weather. He is VERY professional and he is now a contact in my phone.
