This is the second time I have used American Fence Professionals. The first time to replace some rotted posts for my cedar fence. This time to replace two gates for the same fence. I have been so happy with their response, quality of work, and professionalism ant at a fair price. Not only would I recommend them, I will use them for future repairs.

I received an estimate within an hour of making the request, and the crew arrived promptly the next morning to do the work. Appreciated the company being willing to be so attentive to a relatively small repair job. Many companies do not want to bother unless it is a major job. We were very grateful about the speedy service because we have dogs and young kids and a disabled gate is a big problem.

The contractors did put caps on the post tops. And they got the payment in full but didn't give me a receipt or invoice. When I called the office, I was told the job manager would provide the invoice but I've never heard from him since then. Will never use this service again.

I had two estimates. One wanted to completely redo the fence when a lot of the fence was still in good shape. Iâ m glad I called American Fence Professionals first. The person who provided the estimate gave me a lot of good information and the installation team was on time and professional and continued to give me advice. They did a great job.
