They do good work if you can get them to your house. Their scheduler seems very confused. I hired them to clean my yard in November for 4 weeks. The first week I gave them a check for all 4 weeks. The second week they did not show. I called their office and someone came out that day. The second week was the last I saw them. With the holidays and a family illness I did not contact them until February. I informed them they owed me 2 more visits and that the check had not been cashed. She said she did not have the check to stop payment on the check and she would send them out for another visit. I stopped payment on the check, a $20 fee to do so and the workers never showed. She called me in March and said she had found the check. I again asked for them to come and clean the yard, they never showed. I am done. The most frustrating part is that they are on my block every week. They do great work when they come they just don?t show up. I guess you need to be a yearly customer.
