Luis with Alpha Bravo deserves 10 stars. He came to my home on 9-26-19 on time, with all the equipment needed to diagnose my situation. Main line had a blockage that he cleared, also diagnosis of my drainfield. I have had 3 other companies over the 14 years do similar work, and none of them had the tools and equipment that Luis does: a small backhoe, camera to have real-time visuals of piping, tool to locate electrical and gas lines, a tool that located pipes from above ground that also tells the depth of the pipes, and more. Luis spent the time with me as I observed to explain in detail what I was seeing. He is patient, honest, caring about the outcome long term, knowledgeable and affordable. I definitely highly recommend Luis!

Fast, quick and good work.

This was a sewer line install. The utility district delayed issuing the permit, for no apparent reason, for a week. Luis handled the schedule change well and always kept me up to date with progress. In addition, the stub was not where the district indicated and again, Luis handled it professionally. Difficult to find contractors that are both good at what they do and good communicators, but Luis does it.

Alpha Bravo was great! Septic alarm went off and they came right away, figured out the issue quick and had repairs done within the week. Also gave tips on septic maintenance which was helpful. Would recommend, very knowledgeable and helpful!

They were able to come out quickly, were able to give me a quote based on the information I provided without having to make an extra assessment trip, and the price was a good value.

When I was having issues with septic tank not draining properly from one tank to another I had called around to seek help on the issue. The information I received from other sources ranged widely from simply jetting the P trap (which I did twice to no avail) to major system replacement. Luis, owner of Alpha Bravo Septic came out and explained the likely source as a damaged or misaligned pipe to the UV light. The price was great and he had my problem solved in one day. Not only does he know his business, he’s friendly, helpful and totally willing to educate me on my septic system. I will be calling Luis for ALL my septic issues. Pumping, O&M, routine maintenance.

Alpha Bravo Septic was the first to call me and came out the same day to access our Septic Tank Issue. Luis Bravo is the owner and was wonderful to work with. He did not take advantage of us and only repaired what was needed. He was very reasonable and was most importantly honest. I would recommend him highly to anybody needing their Septic System Serviced.
