They did not do what we wanted to have done. They just mowed over our weeds, we didn't have them handle the rock we wanted to have put in. I would not recomend.

Pedro responded about 10 minutes after I placed my Yard Clean Up on Home Advisor. He stopped by my home while I was at work, left his card with my brother. I called him and we set up an appointment for the next day. Pedro was prompt at arriving, very knowledgeable about what I needed to be done and gave me 2 estimates as I asked to have the jobs broken up into two separate jobs. I had received one other estimate which was the same as Pedro, but the other company lacked the communication with scheduling that Pedro was spot on about. I had an old wood foundation that a shed stood on the side of a hill with quite an incline. The job was a tough one since the slope was great and it rained all day, but he worked in the rain. Pedro sent me pictures of the work when it was dismantled and the majority of the debris cleaned up. The weather so bad he had to quit for the day. Pedro came back the next day to finish up the bit that was left. He finished up the job and cleaned up more debris that was not part of the job. Pedro went beyond what he was contracted to clean up and really did a great job. I will hire Pedro for all my other jobs that are needed on my nearly 100-year-old home and an acre of land, so a lot of projects to do. Also, my boyfriend will hire Pedro in the future for jobs at his house in Martinez. I will definitely recommend Pedro to friends and family for work needing to be done. I have now found the one and the only handyman to do all my work.

Worked quickly, had minor questions what he did. I needed to clean up after him in side yard area. Other than that was happy with the gutter cleaning and work was performed at a good price.
