All Yard Clean Up Service

Work from one worker, Alberto, was excellent. He arrived on time, 9 am, and worked all day alone with only one tool. Boss said he was going to get more workers but he did not come back until after 4:30pm. I called him around 3:10pm. He had to be somewhere so rushed through the rest of the heavy work. They left around 6 pm.The work we discussed originally was not completed. What he told me he would do that was not done: remove broken concrete, trim rose bushes, extend planter & fertilizer grass. He said he would do it next time, but it would cost more. Good to get done what we did but was disappointed these last things were not completed.

I get the feeling they are very busy and I was not top on their list. They wouldn't show up when they said they would. I would text and they would change the date and still not show up. I finally had to tell them if they are too busy to help me please let me know. They told me if they didn't show up the next day I should find someone else. Very unprofessional and the work wasn't very good anyway.

I hired Pedro to take care of the weeds in my very large yard. I have a bunch of fruit trees and asked they be very careful around them. Pedro said he understood and would take extra care. In general his customer service was great and the price couldn't be beat, the work was very hard, especially with all the rain lately and he charged us very little. However, our newest apple tree that we just planted last year, had the bark striped from it's trunk all around, at the base so badly we had to pull it out as it will surely die. Not to surprising Pedro is not returning my calls. I'm very angry and dissatisfied at the loss of our newest tree, I will not use this pro again.
