All Nation Restoration

We asked them to come out after a toilet leak back in March 2025. They were great in the moment, but after being paid by out IN FULL by our insurance company, they raised the price and asked us to sign something saying that they were to be paid even more money (which we refused because again they were paid in full). Now they are harassing us for the so-called remaining balance. We have repeatedly explained to them that they were paid the agreed upon amount of $11k+, but we are still getting emails from them asking for more money. I wish I had called an entirely different company for my house flood rather than rely on the Google search I had to do that morning. Hopefully, this review will help you avoid a terrible mistake.

The All Nation crew was excellent. They responded quickly to my phone call when I was panicing, and told me what I should do, and scheduled an evaluation in a timely fashion. The supervisor explained everything in detail, including the process after they were finished with their work. They were polite, profressional and worked diligently. They even alerted me to an unrelated plumbing issue that couldn't have caused problems in the future if left unaddressed.

My wife and I returned from a vacation to find a water pipe had begun leaking, and soaked carpets and flooring. All Nation extracted water from the carpets and set-up fans and humidifiers to dry the place out. They also helped us locate the leak, and returned after it was repaired to remove the unsalvagable carpet, check baseboards for mold and do further mitigation. They were very prompt reponding to our original call, and were totally courterous and professional throughout. They also provided work details and estimates to our insurance company, in a timely and professional manner. We couldn't have asked more from them!

Everyone was very nice and responsive. However, there were a few problems. The first was just my email getting taken down wrong. Basically just took me longer to get the quote and with form but ultimately the project still started on time. There was also a misunderstanding on what needed to be removed and they ultimately removed too much drywall. This would not have been a problem but they also do not replace the drywall for you. Ultimately, the project got done on time and communication was solid over phone/text but there were definitely some hiccups. Edit (07/23/2022): Everything above still stands. However, I was contacted by the owner who apologized and wanted to do everything in his power to make it right. After a great conversation, he ultimately refunded some of the project cost since they took out too much drywall. Although this doesn't negate the issues that I had, it shows that All Nation Restoration has integrity and is willing to admit when they have done something wrong and then attempt to fix the issue as best they can. I would ultimately use them again if I needed water damage to be removed.

Ben H and his crew hold very high standards of work performance and integrity . They are very proud of their work, and insist on excellence . All Nation made an amazingly clear and reasonable bid , made accommodations as needed, and initiated important, and necessary actions in my project. They presented good qualitiesâ Honesty , integrity , wonderful skill and willingness to take on difficult challenges . My project was very difficult , required scaffolds for potentially dangerous â in the airâ construction and remediation. They were optimistic , friendly, honest and kind .â â always. All Nationâ s crews are trustworthy, reliable and very skilled .

Ben and the All Nations Restoration crew are wonderful to work with! They are Caring, skilled, trustworthy and very accountable . They finished on time, and produced excellent work. I will definitely work with them, and refer them to others, in a heartbeat!

Ben, the owner of All Nation Restoration, is the most honest, respectful and genuine business owner we have ever worked with. He is about helping people and not about just getting the job done so he can get onto the next. He truly cares about and wants to do right by his customers. Ben not only made sure he removed the mold and water damage from our home, but went out of his way to help us identify the source of the water damage so it could be corrected. He made 6+ trips to our home to check-in and even got on the roof with my husband to help remove rotted wood from our chimney. He is extremely affordable compared to other companies and his end result I guarantee is better than what you pay for a bigger company that only cares about the next job for the money rather than the people they are helping. We are truly thankful we stumbled on All Nation and wish every business owner cares as much about the customer as he does.

Do yourselves a HUGE favor and use these guys. I have never worked with another company that cares SO MUCH about their customers. I don't even know where to begin. We reached out because we saw evidence of a water leak. They not only helped us remediate the water damage (which was far worse than we ever could have imagined) but they also held our hands through the insurance claim process and made sure that they worked in such a manner that they were able to provide insurance all the information they needed to help us with our claim. Further, when the claims adjuster came out to our property, Ben was present to answer any technical question we could not answer. The adjuster spent over 2 hours at our house and spent time doing things he didn't need to do and Ben never made it feel like we were an inconvenience or that we wasted his time in any way. Not only that, his entire staff is not only competent, but professional and they truly support you in every way they possibly can. They transfer knowledge so that you as a homeowner can identify leaks in the future. Ben is incredibly straightforward and honest and I love the way he communicates - there is no reading between the lines, he will tell you EXACTLY what he's thinking, even if it's news you don't want to hear. Any bad news is usually coupled with an incredibly logical explanation that you can jive with. Every single person we've interacted with from this company - whether it was Chris or someone else, they were all equally as competent, cared equally about us as clients, answered all our questions and never made us feel bad about anything. Ben (the owner of the company) fosters that kind of environment and it shows. All his employees are stand up guys and the work they do is phenomenal. They could have come into our house and remediated the leak without documenting anything and that would have caused us to miss out on our insurance claim, but based on them taking the time to document everything, we were fortunately able to get help from insurance with regard to our water leak. All Nation went the extra mile to hand hold us through that process. Can't appreciate them enough for their help during a stressful time for our family.

What an incredible experience!! Ben spent significant time with me on the phone explaining to me the process of what his company does the day before he came out. During a time when most small businesses are struggling, he honestly told us that we DID NOT need to spent thousands of dollars and that we could use our own fans to dry out the wet area. He was incredibly professional, honest, and punctual. I could not give a better review to any company. I would recommend him to anyone who has water damage. I would use him FIRST before having any other company come out. He will save you a ton of unnecessary demolition and money. I seriously can not say enough nice things about Ben and All Nation Restoration!
