Chris is now my go-to guy, should I need this companys help again. I wish all companys had a Chris working for them! You would never have to worry about the quality of work you are receiving. He showed up every time ON TIME with a professional attitude and a smile on his face. Chris also rearranged his schedule without a second thought when I ran into conflicting appointments because I did not check my calendar. Thank you All Nation Restoration and with the greatest of pleasures, Thank You, Chris! To a job well done.

Chris was professional, courteous,, respectful, and did an excellent job of taking care of my water problem.

Responded promptly, worked efficiently. Was responsive to our concern about wearing booties to keep the rest of the house clean. Overall, a good experience, would use them again.

Ben was terrific in every aspect the two times I have used his company in the wake of having leaks in my house. He was super responsive showing up within 1-2 hours of the call, explained everything patiently, gave options and wasn't pushing the most costly one but rather what he felt best, and when the drying wasn't completed all the way he left a couple of fans to finish the job properly at no extra charge. This was such a refreshing change compared to most contractors in Austin. I hope I don't need to use his restoration services again but if I run into water issues I know who I will call first

There is no way that I can overpraise the quality of work and professionalism of Ben, Chris and AllNation Restoration. We discovered a significant mold issue in our call space, and Ben got back to us immediately when we contacted him. He met us at our house in 15 minutes (it was after 5pm in the evening), and marshaled Chris and another truck to come in and do the inspection. They walked us through all the issues after making an assessment, and were able to install fans and dehumidifiers that evening. They let us keep the equipment over the weekend, free of charge, and even gave us a reduced rate â  out of the kindness of their hearts. When Chris returned on follow-up visits to atomize the house, he even gave us some helpful pointers on other home-improvement questions. He and Ben were so kind, courteous, generous and personable. One touching note worth mentioning is that they also had with them an intern, I believe from the Manor School District, whom they were offering summer employment as a means to work his way into the trade. These two business owners impressed us deeply not only by the quality of work they accomplished, but also by the strong integrity and goodness of heart they exhibited. We would give a 10 star rating if we could! And we recommend AllNationRestoration wholeheartedly.

Responsive, professional, trustworthy, and a good value. I was very impressed with their courtesies on the phone and in person. All Nation far outperformed other remediation companies that I've used previously. This job involved the removal of the ceiling in two separate rooms. They did a great job!

I had a water leak in my walls. After getting the leak fixed,I was worried about the water in the walls and in the carpet. It was a Sunday evening, I looked on home advisor for help. All nation was the first company to reach out to me. They came out that night to do a free estimate. I wasn't using home insurance, so they are able to set everything up to save the carpet. They set up fans and dehumidifiers that visit. They came back the next evening to remove the baseboards and drill holes in the bottom of the walls. Fans and dehumidifiers stayed on another 46ish hours. They came back to make sure everything was dry using there special equipment. Then they sprayed the areas with special chemicals. I'm pleased with their service. Ben explained things in a way I understood. Chris finished the follow ups. Both made the stressful experience a little easier. I would use them again, and recommend them to people needing this service.

They were great. The representative was very knowledgeable and if I ever have water restoration problems I will definitely give them a call.
